The Hunt For Redemption

Topic: Lifepoems

Reason is banished from him
Life is too.
Dont let me forget.
The sun no longer shines,
Where did it go?
Trapped in my head.
Cling to the things I wish were important,
Somebody loves you, things get better, you know who you are.
Remember who you are,
Remember that sweet time in Liverpool, the feel of November, the fire.
No worries just the sweetest of sweet smells and the cheap three pound a bottle booze.
Jesus so long ago, was it that long ago.
Jesus help me,
Who am i?
Clairs bare breasts, JP I dont want to see those
Where did you go, Christ how I miss you all so.

Smash it.
doesnt it bleed anymore, the holy skin of a hollow boy tore.
The tears of red shed for the sake of amour-propre

To test reality without result
Make safe the twisted elusion which flickers in and out
Every time I close my eyes to blink
A different world
A new harsh hate,
I wasnt ready; theres been some mistake,
Its all to cold and I forgot my old warm coat.
Things have gone and I havent changed,
things have just dulled and I havent changed
I must rearrange my world to cope with its change
I must make new reasons.
Did I ever even have any, did I need them?
Is the taste of life,
Once so full of spice,
Worth the risk
And worth the price.
