Lonliness and desperation are all that i know,
the sun shines through my shades
but it never touches my doll eyes,
seeing nothing but salt water,
wiping away memories that will always come back.
The heart beats so slow,
i can't even breath,
my friends only see my tears
but not the visions i carry inside.
To afraid to let them know
the pain i feel at home,
i always smile for i'm known as the strong one amoung my peers.
I just need the voice to tell me its alright,
they need to hear my scream for help
in this world noone knows.
Please hold me tight
and tell me you'll never leave,
i'm just so afraid,
the scars of yesterday can't heal...
i'm so sorry.
But all this is what i feel,
its what i fear.
Last time i held my life
in the palm of my hand,
lisening to the tune
of my last dance.
But then my angel came along
and helped me up,
i found my dreams once more.
Now hes far from me,
living in the city,
i can barely touch him,
and thats what i need,
i need my angel again to show me my dreams.
