19 years
Ive lived here
Soo many fears
That Ive conquered
Naw, only gained
I spent so much time
Playing harmless games
Harmless
Then why aint my soul the same
The hopeless situation Im in
This lack of joy despite my friends
This hole in my heart will never mend
This treacherous path that I take
This utterly useless life that I make
The completely empty things I partake
Why
Whats the reason
Whyd I have to be
Why cant I ever truly see
A definite purpose for me
Why am I so worthless
Why am I so useless
Itd be soo easy to take this gift
And throw it all away
Itd be soo easy to take these cares
And end them right here
Freedom complete
Oh God itd be soo sweet
One moment
To correct a lifetime of wrongs
One moment
Whys it seem so long
A lifetime boils down to one moment
That one moment
Lost in the sands of time

Too bad it was mine
A lifetime I didnt even own it
One thing that defines my history
Denied love that will never be
Endless search
Constant hurt

| Well I wish I was 19...I'd go back and do a lot of things over...things you still have time to do. Life is like driving. Only glance in the rearview mirror when you need to...or your sure to crash. Keep looking ahead...That's why they call it " the past".....it already went by. You didn't. You survived and are here...and I'm so glad!!!! |

Smile! No matter how bad it gets, it could always be worse. I get down alot, but I keep holding on because I know someday Something truly amazing is bound to happen.
