Whats a man to do?
When he feels lost
And hes hurting too?
He tries to be so strong for you
In your time of need
But dont forget hes hurting too
Even if he doesnt bleed
A man tries to be so strong
To keep his family from pain
He doesnt talk about his feelings
Hes been taught that he is supposed to refrain.
He has questions that are unanswered
And wonders daily what went wrong
But rarely shows his emotions
He thinks he has to be strong
So if youve lost an angel child
Dont forget youre not alone
He suffers from this tragedy
He feels your pain, as well as his own.

Wonderfully touching piece.You are certainly right, so many people give sympathies to the wife in situations like that, yet husbands are just expected to absorb all the pain.
