I gaze at the stars and
Their infinite wonder
Glistening in the moonlight
They are so distant, so far apart'
And so out of reach
Beyond this galaxy, and yet right at my Fingertips
I pluck one from the night sky and hold it
In my hand
Marveling at its reverence, its beauty
And somehow there you are
Right by my side
Holding me in your arms
As we are blanketed in the warm glow
Of the night sky
