Between You And Me
-----------------------------
With a lump in my throat,
And a shake in my hand.
Im writing you this letter,
The best way that I can.
Time has brought us to this,
Selfishness placed a key.
Now its time to decide,
Between you and me.
Division is always easier,
Than putting pride aside.
Now the road thats between us,
Has become far and wide.
To be the last man standing,
Was never my intent.
How can be walk away from this love?
After all that its meant.
Distance has away of showing,
That two people are meant to be.
And thats just what it took,
For me to open my eyes and see.
By the time you receive this letter,
My heart will be open wide.
My pride will be behind me,
Waiting for you to come inside.

This is wonderful......who could turn that offer down. I hope and pray to whom that was written will listen. To see a marriage to pieces is the saddest thing you can possibly imagine.
