I’m over you now we’re through
I thought that I wanted it to be me and you
I wonder if I did the right thing
Because it hurt me like a bee sting
I learned something that day:
First time I didn’t know what to say
Second time it made me ponder
Third time I started to wonder
From all this I started to see
Maybe it was true you didn’t want to be with me
So I said it was over, now we is you and I
I admit it; all this did make me cry
Everyone told me “get over him, you can find better”
But I didn’t want to and so I wrote you a letter
Telling you how I felt and that I missed you
