I try,
To be the man I am,
In times of lost friends,
And wrecked dreams

I try to keep going,
But not knowing how far I have to go,
The farther I go the harder it gets,
And there isn't anywhere I can turn

The only person I can turn to,
Is the one I love and care for,
I trust her with everything,
I wouldn't keep anything from her

The feelings are strong,
And they've never been this strong,
Which tells me that I can trust her,
And I'll never leave her side
