a lost little girl
so lonely in her world
afraid to let her feelings show
afraid to let one tear flow
what if they all laugh and stare
what if they just didn't care
instead she pretends to be happy
they can't make fun if they can't see
she hides within her hollow shell
she hides from the things she could not tell
she doesn't feel anymore
so theres nothing left for her to live for
up in her room in the dead of night
she gave up and lost the fight
with one quick slip of the knife
the forgotten girl took her own life
