What were you doing
At three in the morning?
Heading down the highway
Coming back home
Why? Couldn't you wait?
Just three hours
Til the sun rose
Got some sleep first?
So at 4:15 am
Outside of Maple Creek
I was sitting on my bed
Staring blankly at the walls
I think I felt you go
Well you were my soulmate
My best of all friends
I still love you more
For all time, than anyone
And I can't imagine life
Without you
I can't imagine
You not by my side
What's it like?
Not talking to you?
These last days
The longest of my life
I can't sleep good
I can barely eat
They say time heals all wounds
Time stopped

And I can't imagine life Without you I can't imagine You not by my side . . . any body who's had a real love or long term relationship or marriage know's the impact that awesome line can have on a heart. Great peice of writting.
