In the shadows I wait
And in the shadows I hate
Locked within
Cursed by sin
In the shadows I crawl
And in the shadows I fall
Black and blue
Scars of you
In the shadows I hide
And in the shadows I've lied
Black and gray
Words betray
In the shadows I sleep
And in the shadows I weep
Falling tears
Wasted years
In the shadows I fly
And in the shadows I die
Nevermore
I am sure
