LIFES STORMY RODEO

Contributed by rhymeandreason on Saturday, 20th March 2004 @ 04:49:21 AM in AEST
Topic: spiritual

Out of times chute, come each day that we know.
Like a bronc resolute
in lifes stormy rodeo.

Some days turn fast with a buck.
Some rise up with a rage.
Some stand still as if stuck,
to their place in times cage.

With good hand holding tight.
.with your hearts rising beat . a day lurches left and right..
All designed to unseat,
you from your ride through each day.
On lifes journey surreal.
As we're carried away!
Riding thoughts we can feel.

So, hold tight with good hand.
Press hard in with both knees.
And don't ever pre-plan,
How you'll dismount with ease.
