What is life teaching me

Right now I feel lost,
And unable to speak,
My mind is blocked,
And things are,
Begining to just stop,
I feel so sad,
But life ain't,
Always gonna be,
So easy,
I'm so mad,
And about to lose control,
I fear,
That things will,
Change more over time,
If someone can't help me,
Then I can't,
Feel better in the days,
Of my own life,
Why do I feel like,
I will lose,
In this fight,
All I know,
Is that I,
Can't lose the battle,
So I wonder,
And ask myself,
What is life teaching me

One thing i've learnt about life don't let it teach you anything -you teach life.
