Have you ever stared at something really long
And felt like you were completely gone?
Slowly starting to loose your sight
And not knowing wrong from right
Not being able to feel at all
Or hear your name being called
Totally spacing out
Not hearing the loudest of shouts
Falling into the darkness in a void land
Not being able to hear a cry
Or feel someone's hand
Slowly you slip out of the black
Feeling dizzy as you come back
Sitting up and not being able
To remember a thing
Not anyone or anything
But as you look around
You see all your friends
And the balloons held to the ground
Still you can't remember that strange night
When you lost your sight
That night could've been the end
