He has risen today
He will forever stay
With all that pray to Jesus He is the way
Nothing can ever take us away
He paid a debt we could not pay
You see He will always be
Our Lord and Savior we do praise Thee
He was nailed to a tree
He paid the total debt you see
We have Jesus guarantee
So we are here today
We do now forever say
You have shone us the true and living way
Please Lord do not let us go stray
Alive and on the thrown, you will forever stay
Praise God for what You have done
Sending You one and only Son
With You we have eternal life we have now won
Lord you will never be outdone
Many say we have to do, but you say it is done
