Their gait is fast, their heads are bowed Their black suits melt them into one crowd They text their thoughts over wireless waves While their empty heart counts down unto their grave Like lemmings marching into the sea They march with mindless unity Automatons, fixed on one goal And in their coffers they deposity their very soul I pass by the tanks of this corporate threat: Men in black ferraris with a cigarette Going home to his million dollar house The world is a maze and he is the mouse I stand with my jeans and my hoodie, i've taken my stance But I don't know how to snap people out of this trance I watch them march towards the cliff with the same dismal trudge.....
But then again I'm just I, and who am I to judge?
