I sit in the hall,
Doing homework it would seem,
But I'm waiting for you,
Just to see you walk by.
Sometimes you give me a glance,
Or the occasional "Hi!",
That's why I'm there.
I don't have homework to do,
I'm reading a book,
I'm waiting to see you.
