Are you rich?
Are you famous?
Did you win the Nobel prize?
You say no?
Are you strong?
Are you handsome?
The one 'bout whom all fantasize?
You say no?
Then why do you dance?
Are you flashy?
Are you trendy?
Did you get this pop award?
Are you hot?
Are you cute?
The one who dwells in all our hearts?
You say no?
Then why do you swing?
Dance, hot dance
For long romance
Swing, cool swing
For each short fling
Yet no romance
Not even a fling
Why are you
Floating?
Why are you
Flowing?
The skies are blue
Even greener the grass
The trees carry blushing fruit
And singing birds
This land is flat
Even straigther the streets
The sea carries whitening waves
And humming shells
I'm so happy
I just fill my lungs
And cry out
For utter joy
I just wanna dance and swing
Jump and sing
Whirl around
Upside down
On my head
On the tips of my toes
I am happy!
