It lingers around me 24/7
I cannot sleep with the hate
haunting my dreams
Eating my soul
when I wake i hope to be someplace else
But i am alone
yet the hate finds me and whispers
Nasty things in my ear
crawls into my brain and tunnels
in and out of my mind
Poisoning my essence
This hate - it hits me at home
where it knows i hurt the most
slowly it weakens me
I cannot hide -
It finds me
like a shadow it lurks -
Never far behing -
Watching.
Even when you are not near
your presence follows me
It is my fear.
My Enemy.

I'm pretty sure in so many ways there are many people that feel exactly the same way as what you do... you captured it very beautifly though.. great write..
