I drown the words with deceitful thoughts
Numb the pain with imaginary light
Let my fantasy fall in raindrops
Shower down inside me
CHORUS:
Swallowed up in my decietful reverie
Silent screams drift away from me
As I recede beneath my pool of hope
That one day I escape the real world
Where dreams carry me away
Where clouds cast away my hurt
Where these enchantments cannot cheat me
Where they wont harm me
A new set of tears soak my pillow
Thoughts burn through my skin
How I long to be away from slurring words
Catch the drift of my thunderstorm
Chorus
