FUNNY FACE

Funny face was pressed against my window; again today I saw it there. Staring wistfully at dreams scampering by, longing to be set free. Funny face reflected back at me, staring as the hair grows whiter. Each new flaw supposedly adds finesse to an already finished product in the mirror. Funny face I know you before I saw you in my cup, drinking of and to life's sorrow. Funny face could you be me?
