At War With the Creep Inside All of Us

Cosmic letdown, forces unseen Answers to questions- the bend and lean Forgiven acquaintances and forgotten faces Blatant promises and familiar places.
Substance abuse as tears swell in the eye Our friends and lovers cursed to die Vacant premises of an eerie sound Misplaced pieces once lost are now found.
Angelic hands caress the silky skin Nine out of ten times your enemies win Connect the dots and the pieces vanish, good bye And all life is lost in the blink of an eye.
Crimson marks on hearts that bleed for the quiet Numb lips scream the silent riot Canvas of skin and bone fall eerie And darken the eyes that have sang black and gone weary.
