Where is the love that Im in search of?
The one that has me like the clouds above
Where is the heart that will let me in?
The one that Im content on being her friend
Where is the ear that will listen to what I have to say?
The one that doesnt care that I drink and smoke a lil hay
Where is the shoulder that I can cry on?
The one that I run to whenever Im alone
Where is the candle that guides me through the night?
The one that accepts that I love to write
Where is the story that I love to read?
The one that gives me dreams of me being on one knee
Where is the eye that will look past my outer cover?
The one that will see me as a coolass brother
Where is the passion that I wanna drink?
The one that is so strong having me to blink
Where is the woman that Im in search of
The one that showers me with nothing but love
