Just because it's on the site
May not make it really, bright.
Doesn't make it really light,
Doesn't make it really right.
Just because a girl might dare,
Doesn't give her savoir faire.
May not have clean underwear,
Her mother might be hard to bear.
Just because you have a theme,
Nothing says your poem's a dream,
Or they let you on the team
Many poems ain't what they seem.
Ever since you're five years old
Someone there so you were told,
Just because it's shiny, bold,
All that glitters, is not gold

Shucks durn norm, I've been so wrapped up in my writes here lately......I haven't been over to see your poems of late!
This is really great! Things aren't what they always appear. Like walking toward a person.....never fear? You could be seeing them from the rear!
