I watch you grow
Watering and weeding
I watch the storms roll in
As your life begins
I watch you unfold
With each and every teardrop
Knowing you will be just fine
That you are all mine
I watch you blossom
With each and every heartache
Knowing you will be just fine
That you are all mine
I watch you rejoice
With each and every season
Knowing the reason you shine
Is that you are all mine
Then the time will come
This season called life will be over
Having given your all
Your pedals will fall
Never again to wilt
No more seasons to weather
No more storms to withstand
I take you into My hand
Starting fresh and new
In My perfect garden
Gathered into beauty beyond compare
Your petals shine white and fair
