The brown, lifeless grass Fades in the sea of green New, lively plants Replace their spent counterparts A new cycle has begun
Old love bores me And I'm catching Spring Fever Someone new and exciting Lurks around the corner And Spring Break is not meant for commitment
Girls in flowery, pastel dresses Boys dressed in suits or khakis Trudging up the steps to church Easter Sunday sermons result Same story, just a different year
Spring is a time of rejuvenation Everything begins fresh again What is old is replaced with new What was faded now shines bright A tradition with no end near
