Why do you do this to me?
I just want to be free
Free of you and free of me
Why can't you just let me be?
I can't look you in the eye anymore
Not like I could before
It's like I'm not so sure
That I want a cure
I want to scream, I want to shout
I want to let these feelings out
But if I do, they might burn out
Like pen with cover of whiteout
Let me be, leave me alone
'Cause I don't know if I should disown
These feelings that I've made my own
I hate this place of black unknown.
