My Muse is either missing in action
or had abandoned my ship
and took an absence without leave
without making me aware of it
I've been searching far and wide
turning up empty each time
and I'm sure he's probably in disguise
for he's a man with many faces
Charming women in far away places
with a tongue that makes you squirm
speaking love in many languages
as starry eyed women await their turn
To feel the magic of his touch
and the hypnotic power of his words
that will send your heart racing
taking you to places out of this world
This Muse of mine, does it every time
and I really can't help but smile
when I see women waiting in line
for the taste of his words so sublime
