when i was with you that night
that night after Valentines Day
i'd sit and wonder,what should i say
since you don't want me,because of my age
i held back my feelings,and things i would've done that day
i would've told you i loved you
rather than on the net or a note
i wanted you to here it from me
instead of being wrote
i wanted to kiss you
i would've done that to
but because of my age i didnt
for fear of what you might say or do
i would've asked you out
if it wasn't for my age
if it wasn't for that i knew i would be turned away
because of my age i only show you some of my love
which makes me sore
but one day
i hope to show you

Ah how sad, the age issue is really annoying in love, once I dated a man 12yrs older than me (ok ok don't be scandalised) had to end the relation because of my family..*sigh* Hmm enjoyed reading this poem and best wishes for future ;)
