Tell me why the sky is blue?
Tell me why no artist can capture this beautiful blue?
Tell me why the stars and the moon are so far away;
yet so close I can almost touch?
Tell me why a storm can be so harsh;
yet so exciting?
Tell me why babies grab your fingers;
hold them tight
then let go when they are older?
Tell me why we can't stay happy
because of the sadness?
Tell me why a lovers' touch
can turn into a memory?
Tell me why?
