Ancient tombs
filled with you-
YOUR SPIRIT
YOUR LIFE
and I lie beside you wrapped in cloth
keeping harm off
of you.
Holding on for dear life-
dear love- holding you above
the water-
below the air
beneath the wraps we share a stare

Ancient people - decaying flesh
yet, still in love and it's still so fresh.
