On September 11, 2001
Is when the attacks on America began
One plane hit the World Trade Center Tower
It hit with great force and so much power
A second plane came from out of the blue
It hit the side of the other one too
Why did this happen on this certain day
Why couldn't the plane just turn away
So many innocent people lost their lives
Husbands, children and even wives
How can someone be so cruel
Hit the tower like a fool
Whoever that was driving those planes
Must have been stupid, ill or insane
So many innocent lives have been lost
It was America's Tragedy worse cost
