I see you in my visions
As your pleading with yourself
To make a better judgment call
If youd think with your heart
And not your mind
Youd see Im there all the while
Catching you as you fall
My thoughts are taking over
And drown out your help me calls
Why do I abandon myself?
Leaving everything unconquered
And deserting you while youre in need
So consumed in the grieving memory
Of leaving you, all alone to die
A burden that weighs down my soul
Cant think of where to start
Cause everythings been screwed up
No one cares or remembers why we are here
Im petrified of him deserting me
Left isolated with all these tears
So tell me what Id like to hear
And keep a border around your heart
That averts you from my harm
Youve got your life so planned out
That theres not any time for you to live
So tell yourself itll be alright
When you are all youve got
It sure makes the memories see to fade
Im still here, watching you from worlds away
Knowing our lives will never interchange
