How wonderful to be the architect of
my imaginary love!
I shove all suggestions away.
I stay within my realm of design.
This love must be Perfect; made for me,
because you see, I'm the architect
of my love.
I knead, shape and mold happiness
within my mind, and find, love's glow there.
As I fashion this Perfection, my heart
feels this distinction and warms my soul.
Loneliness abates and happiness fills
the shadow of my heart.
It's so kind to me, this love that I form.
It stays with me.
Oh it's so good for me!
