If there was one thing
You could take
To diminish the world
Would you take it?
Would you cloud your memories
In a haze of darkness
Numbing your skull
To blot out that blinding reality?
What would you replace?
Those dark bitter thoughts
Or the melancholy sorrows
Of the Bittersweet?
Not a moment gone by
Your past wiped out
Your experiences...
...nothing
So, would you take it?
That one thing...
That would leave you in a state of
Delirium
