You make me sigh as none have done before
Because you opened up my heart's door
You are so caring and gentle
My thoughts for you are wistful
Red interwoven with the purest gold
Red for my love Gold for your heart
You give me blissful dreams untold
My world goes black the moment you depart
Such a change in me
Different is everything I see
Going from sunshine and rainbows
To a black sea of woes
I want to be yours, but that shall never be
I cannot believe this sometimes
Can you not see
That only the thought of you makes my heart soar and as it climbs
I know you will never understand
This longing I can no longer withstand
But I have to swallow it
You're not a stupid git
So why can't you see
No one at this moment, loves you more than me
You won't even let me kiss you
What am I supposed to do
When thoughts of making love swirl in my head
Before I met you I was completely dead
And now I am ALIVE
It is only the thought of you that makes me THRIVE
