Life continues through my eyes
As I fall apart
Never noticed, little child
He goes with me
For we are the same.
The masses entwine our thoughts, forcing us to conform
The child and I are flung to the corner
Where we are tortured by our emotions
It never ends.
We are now on the verge of the barrier
Between here and there
We ponder our life
For we are the same.
The child grows to an advanced mind
Yet is shunned by the outside
We all feel alone
Yet him and I are truly alone
Nothing left to gain.
Life ends through my eyes
As the child dies
Never noticed, little child
Forgotten by the world
We die together
For we are the same.
