I woke up on the wrong side of bed
You found the gun under my pillow

and i can't remember what i said
I'm a hostage of yours
and i'm soon to be dead
With these walls that surround

Can you please kill me

I woke up in a red bed naked and alone
You found the gun last night and called it your own

Something I couldn't give
So you pointed the gun with the safety off
directly at your head.

| So much truth and yet so strange. I like it. The emotion put in it is stunning. The truth of it hurts as well. I like this. The name led me to look for somthing else. Now i'm glad i've read it. I'll read more of your poems i believe. Keep them coming. |
