Like a knife that was stabbed
Right into my heart,
Like somebody took it
And ripped it apart.
My eyes start to water
And I start to cry
I shout out to God,
Don't let her die!
Hold her in your arms
And don't let go,
But if she slips I'll always know
That you loved and cared for
My best friend Tay
And I'll be able to see her again someday.
Father in Heaven,
Listen to me pray:
