Within those eyes of twisted trust Lies the bed within a garden, laden with lust She is asleep, but awake hidden from eyes Peering through red roses, cursing your lies Taking each string, caressing, playing with beautiful grace Cleansing herself, of societies disgrace Knights on selfish horses constantly appear Writing music, playing, what they want to hear Within she lies alone, no music plays around her bed Outwardly happy, internally dead Inside asleep, on the outside hidden Can no-one awaken this sleeping beauty...?

Wow Silent. I loved it, like I love all of your poetry. This is really beautiful. I especially like the last line... great ending to a great poem. Love the style
