My mind is in pure motion
as I wait to hear your call
The beauty of your inner soul
must not be allowed to fall
For all the love you've given
has not fallen on empty heart
The chances that you've taken
in life...are just a part
To look inside your lovely soul
I've been honored with a peek
My prayer for you is simple
for you to find the love you seek
There is a step we all must make
to reach that golden moment true
That step is harder than it sounds
it means first you must love...you
There are so many ways to love
as friends..family...and of course lovers
And then there is that other way
that of the devoted Mother
I'll sit right here as I wait
to hear what is your choice
I can't believe this world will turn
without the beauty of your voice
