Realise my position When I love like never before But I am eclipsed by a lifeless girl Who is scared of getting burnt by The exciting energy that so many hold I want yours back with the strings attached, But like the dummy, I don't want to get burnt There's so many wounds I've already nursed...Can you blame me for being cautious? One bitten, twice shy but you're still the light you saw in my eyes I shimmered for y o u I opened that door for y o u Who would have thought that you would have closed that door with such a blank look Castles made of sand, I guess You were my rock, Until I smothered you with my papery ways Too serious to be a game and I've lost track of the score It's anyone's match but the ball isn't even on the court anymore So what are we still doing here?

OK, i'll applaud this one.
*claps*
Yeah - its full of wit, is short and to the point - and best of all - its resonative with me.
5 stars, again, Ms. Dagger. |
