The issue is gone, things should be fine
But I still don't feel like you're only mine
I still feel hurt, you still don't care
So I swallow these pills to make things fair
With thinning blood I slice my veins
Knowing nothing could be the same
I feel you don't care, that it's not me you love
And maybe I tried too hard, or maybe not enough
Why can't you see the pain I still feel
Why can't our love again be real
This shouldn't have happened, why again me
It doesn't matter now, my blood flows free
I should've been better, medication might of helped
But I didn't have your support and it couldn't cure the pain I felt.

this sounds exactly like something i would have written two months ago when i pretty much did what this poem describes. a very realistic picture. great write. keep it up!

I really like this poem. I dig your writing style.
"Why can't our love again be real
