Just wondering why I'm shivering
My mind's shut off what could it be?
It's then I realise it's truth?
Oh, the truth...
So long I've tried to stay away
It's hopeless I can feel it's pull
The predictable weight deep within
Feeling comfort in the warmth of my tears
Falling oh so tenderly down my cheeks
Surrendering freeing to the pain
All is not lost, it helps me to remember
Remember that I'm alive... can feel emotion
I'm lost in desolate bliss
As I let myself be swept away by the lonliness
And willingly I sacrifice myself to the ice
