listen with your soul to this captivating creature,
fore he is a good teacher of very odd features,

fluttery little wings to get around
to pick his big feet off the ground,
mauve faerie ears; love to dry your tears
he's gaurded an egg for all these years,
he looks as though he just might bite
but in his sweet heart is pure delight,

his essence radiates warmth
he catches moonbeams for fun,
but don't even try to catch him
or he will have you on the run,

this being lives in the forest
with many others of his kind,
alas; no matter how much we humans look
they are impossible to find,

gentle fluffed blue fur; wise and so mellow,
he is a different mysterious sort of fellow.

this is wonderful.
the way you were caught by this supernatural creature and you took your readers into his floating world...
that way was just fascinating.

Nessa, I just had to tell you that I bought a deck of faerie oracle cards yesterday, and one of them is your picture on this poem... lol... so he's supposed to be a faery. I was looking through the deck and I saw that one and I just cracked up. Oh man. Good stuff. :)
