MY WEIGHING IS YOURS TOO

Contributed by rhymeandreason on Saturday, 17th April 2004 @ 03:06:23 AM in AEST
Topic: selfstruggles

Oh how long it went your way.
I could tell you had great fun.
But lately, i've seen you scurry
from my sight, at a run.

Attempting to distance
yourself from what's true.
As to lies existance,
in all that you do.

You pretend not to understand,
lies dead dog at your door.
It was all going as you planned.
Till it didn't, anymore.

It was the lie that called out truth.
Now does the lie wonder why?
Very bold, being devoid of proof.
It as always, waswith the truth,
that's now calling out the lie.

So come into Laws threshing room.
It's past time, for what we'll weigh.
How did you ever for a moment assume,
this would end, some other way.

Did you forget, how light was lie,
And how heavy was what's true?
Or that the weighing of I,
would seal your fate, and weighing too?

Great. I thought it would work itself out alright in the end. Hope this is the end of the end for that saga, R&R! If so, you can give more energy towards your definitive poetic abilities.
Looking forward to more from you.
