Torn and troubled soul,
Crying from unfathomable depths within..
Awaken to comfort , for,
God is whom you can trust in.
So what if matters are troubling?
Seeming to bring you pain..
Maybe there's a silver lining ,
There could be sunshine instead of rain.
Gather your inner strength...
Courage and humour too,
Start afresh with patience and calm..
Use content and a brighter point of view.
Become Silent as the sun, yet Radiant,
Become Quiet as the moon , come along,
Become One with the earth, yet alert...
Become Restful as a lake,yet strong.
Hush... then think Peace and Peace alone!.
