If we could be,
Maybe it would be great.
But now were too late.
Should we try?
Even with the hurt,
That could be caused?
Your arms are so strong and safe.
The only place I wish,
To be.
If only this wish,
Could be.
But thus we must,
Only be friends.
This may hurt
But after all,
At least we can,
Be together,
Just not as we could wish.
