Attention is not what I need
for only ego does that feed
What I really crave is your love
Love from my angel sent from above
I long for the touch of your sweet skin
Bring me back from the depression I've been
Every day that goes by
I miss you more, I can not lie
Your love brought me back from hell
Without you right back I fell
Every second that passes seems a year
For my mind is filled with fear
So afraid that you will leave
Something before I never would have believed
So many thoughts running through my head
Some better left unsaid
Now your walking out the door
Never thought that would happen before
And once you leave
All I can do is grieve
So here now I lay
To have your love again is what I pray.
