On This Day I Have Been Told That My Love Is Engaged to Be Married. She was always perfect in my eyes, though flawed to the world's. The type to stand lovingly in support of a man as he braved the horrors of divorce. As well as be the reason for one. The type to encourage with all of her love, and very soul, through the final emotional day. The type to immediately then, walk away. And now, I, having been given the greatest of all gifts, sweet, numbing, cynicism of the heart, may dare to wish my replacement well. May your brief flight of blissfulness, give you a lifetime of memories, to warmly wrap your empty heart , after your fall.
